we have also done tasks such as a continuity exercise (where we filmed coming through a door, sitting down and then engaging in a conversation) and also a preliminary exercise of lip syncing in groups to busted 'thats what i go to school for'.
The skills we have practised in the preliminary tasks are filming, editing and miming. it has helped my confidence also, as i was in the band for our class remake. i now feel more comfortable using cameras and being filmed. the purpose of these activities are to give a taster of what next year is going to be like and to learn the skills we will need to film our own music video for coursework. also, i have learned that lip syncing isn't as straight forward as i first thought, because you have to put effort in, and look like you are actually singing it.
What i am most looking forward to in A2 Is the filming and directing of my own music video, however it is going to be hard and very challenging.
